Assassin of the Black Flag(open)

" 'Course. The mans one of the poorer noblemen... if that makes sense. The short is, the richer they are, the closer to Torres they are." He took out his sword and the scabbard - sword in the scabbard - out, and propped it against the table.
"Sorry if that bothers ya, the sword just has..." He looked over to it for a second with sad eyes. "...Value..."
As Damian turned back to Samuel, he seemed sad, and less wanting to talk.
"Well... Ahem... is there a room, or, a cell, if you wish, I would be staying in?" Damian asked.

"Never again" Elizabeth moaned as she set about making a remedy for herself. She was sure to make a large batch as she knew she wasn't the only one in such a poor state.

"I brought you lot something" Elizabeth said as she arrived at the tavern with a large bottle under her arm.
"You're a saint, you know that."
"I'm no saint, Jack" Elizabeth chuckled as she poured some of the contents of the bottle into a tankard and handed it to Rackham, "I'm just a friend." It was obvious that most of her friends were nursing terrible hangovers, they were all too eager to accept Elizabeth's offering of medicine, even if it did taste like manure.
"I see you've worked through your issues, Lizzie."
"Aye, Kidd. I do think I may have overreacted slightly."
"So you admit it" Kidd chuckled before he drank the brew that Elizabeth had provided. Upon tasting the remedy, Kidd's mouth took on the appearance of a cat's arse. The group couldn't help but laugh.
"I admit that my behaviour may have been a bit childish, but I've learnt my lesson." Elizabeth grabbed some biltong from behind the bar and took her bottle with her as she left for the Soul Wave.

"I'm not sure how much you had to drink last night, but this should help if you have a hangover" Elizabeth said as she handed Samuel the bottle of her brew, once she had found him. "You might want to have Dunhill's corpse tarred, it'll last longer that way."

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

He took the medicine with thanks and drank it with a sour face. Indeed directly after Damian had left for the lower deck where an empty room to the left Sat for the night, Sam had continued with the drinking of his rum and had paid the cost. "I have a plan for killing Torres," he stated, looking over his notes once again. "He's holding a party soon, in about three days. I'm going to, basically, kill Jackson Harrods to get in. According to Damian, the only time available for what my method, poisoning, will be a minute slot before Torres gives a toast to the island noblemen. Do you still have that poison used by Templars? Cause we may need it for this. Torres's chalice will be the only fancy one there, with his name in gold." He didn't know why he was telling his plan to Elizabeth. He had wanted it to be a surprise, but then again he might need her if things got out of hand, or if the poisoning of Torres failed.

He took another drink from the medicine sitting on his desk until it was gone. "What do you say? Think you're up for a mission?" Deep inside, he hoped that she said yes, as he didn't want to go back into Torres's manor by himself.

Elizabeth was furious when Samuel said that Torres was having a party in about three days, she was supposed to know all his movements at any time. She tried to calm herself by mimicking Samuel's technique, it worked, but not by much.
"I do not have the same poison that the Templars use, but I do have another jar of jincan hidden on my ship. I will make some modifications to the jincan, you might call them improvements. As much as I want that bastard to suffer, if we can only reach him at a party, I won't put satisfaction before safety" Elizabeth looked at her father's ring and clenched her fist, "Just because I won't be able to make him suffer, it doesn't mean he won't suffer." Elizabeth thought of the ingredients she needed for the modification of the jincan, and smiled. "I'll be there" Elizabeth chuckled before assuming a more serious demeanour, "I hope you don't mind, but I have something to do. I'll see you later, Sammy."

"BENJAMIN HORNIGOLD!" Elizabeth's shouting was so loud, it echoed across the island.
"Aye, love?"
"Love? LOVE? DON'T YOU 'LOVE' ME! You had one simple task; keep track of the governor's movements and relay any information back to me. YET YOU FAILED!" A small crowd had gathered at the docks to see what all the commotion was about. "By christ! I have to get my information from others now! You've grown soft" Elizabeth roared before she pulled her gun on Ben, "IF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB, THEN WHAT BLOODY USE ARE YOU TO ME?!" Hornigold stood there in silence, that only pushed Elizabeth further into her rage. She had become like a shark frenzied by the scent of blood. Elizabeth grabbed Ben by the neck and shoved him into the mast, "ANSWER ME!" Ben simply hung there in silence, a foot off the ground, and terrified of the demon before him. Elizabeth tightened her grip on his neck, "Can't....breath...."
"You've grown soft" she said calmly as she released Ben from her grip, he fell to the floor gasping for air. "I think we need some time apart. You and I are finished! If you ever want things to be like they once were, I suggest you find a way to prove yourself." Elizabeth calmly left the Benjamin, "Farewell, captain!"

"What the hell just happened" Kidd asked as Elizabeth joined him on the Tiger Shark, his face white with shock.
"I left Ben. He has grown weak and useless." Elizabeth grabbed a bag, a small chest, and some tongs. "I'm going out to the jungle for supplies. If anyone comes looking for me, you may tell them where I am" Elizabeth said as she stormed off leaving Kidd to wonder what had just happened.

As Damian was in his little room, he took out the leather book and box he took off of Victor earlier, and laid them out in front of him.
"Now... How do I make these work..."
He opened the book, and, as usual, the exact same odd symbols and language appeared.
"Bah, no use for that now..."
He tried to open the box, but it would refuse to open even a inch.
"Hm. Not a single use for either of 'em."
He quickly hid the two items in his armor, because he thought he heard foot steps.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

Sam watched Liz leave and shrugged off the feeling he had gotten from her. Instead, he gathered up his journal and tucked it safely into the drawer of the desk before he exited. He would attack the Harrods nobleman today. It couldn't wait. But before he left, he went below deck and knocked on the wall beside the door. "Damian," he rumbled. "You mentioned that Harrods lived near the docks. Where and in what house?"

"If I do remember correctly..." Damian calmly said.
"...They live in a two story house, a bit more fancy looking than the ones around it. If that's not enough, then they have a fence around their house, and a gate in the front with a lock on it. Can't miss it."
He seemed extremely calm, but on the inside he was freaking out, extremely scared that he was almost caught with the artifacts.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

He narrowed his eyes suspiciously and then left for the deck. "Jackson, keep an eye on that Templar. I don't trust him one bit." Jackson nodded and watched his captain go off. Samuel swiftly followed the row of houses until he saw what he needed. He climbed up a nearby building and sat on the roof, surveying the best possible route to his target. Only after finding it did he execute(eggsecute!!! XD I had to) it. Samuel dropped to the ground and went around to the side, leaping over the fence and into the yard. Slowly, he began to scale the wall up to an open window.

Through there, he began to search the house. Two guards here and about three on the first floor. Good. Slowly, Sam began to make his way across the second floor and disposed of the guards before he slipped into Harrods's room. There he was, reading at his desk with the invitation on the desk. Samuel ran and grabbed the man from the chair and wrapped a hand around his mouth. He didn't think he could kill this man. After all, he'd done Nothing. Instead, Sam used a chloroform drenched cloth and knocked the man out before hiding him in a closet along with the cloth, placing it up on the top shelf. Only once the man was secured did Sam begin to rummage through stuff. He grabbed the invitation and went to the wardrobe. Set aside from the other clothes was an outfit, which he grabbed. As soon as he was out of the room, he placed something that said DO NOT DISTURB on the door and left the house, running back to his ship as fast as he could.

Back on board, Sam went to his chambers and laid the outfit on his bed before he looked the invitation over. With a nod, he experimented with his hair until he knew what he wanted he took a deep breath and exhaled. He was nervous.

"Now for a bit of fun" Elizabeth thought to herself as she started her work on the jincan. It hadn't taken her long to find everything she needed, the only thing she experienced difficulty with was catching the snakes.

"Weren't you supposed to meet Sam at the old Smuggler's den soon" Kidd asked as he joined Elizabeth in her quarters.
"Aye, but I'm not too sure that it's still happening. Something's come up." Elizabeth handed Kidd a large book, "Page 247. You'll find everything on the top shelf."
"But this is a recipe for---" Elizabeth quickly cut Kidd off, "I know. If I'm to pass for a noblewoman, I'll need to look and smell like one."
"You do know we'll have to call on Bonny for help when you need to get changed?"
"Unfortunately, aye. I've been forced to wear a dress three times this month, and I'm not particularly excited to do it again." Kidd laughed at the thought of Elizabeth wearing a dress. The dress had been resting on the edge of Elizabeth's bed, it almost felt like it was mocking her.

"Why don't we get a drink before we fetch Bonny?"
"You go on ahead. I need to stop at the inn and clean up" Elizabeth chuckled as she grabbed some clean clothes.
"I'll escort you to the inn."

As Damian was doing nothing in his room with the guard, Jackson, he began to think.
'Can't believe he left early... Jackson Harrods is supposed to be going with a guard... I hope the fool gets back here, or else it won't work...'
Damian turned his head to look at Jackson, and kept a straight face.
"You there... Jackson, was it?" He was pretty sure that was his name.
"Yes, yes... Can you get your boss... Eh... Samuel, I think... Yeah, Samuel... Can you get Samuel? Gotta tell the man something important regarding the mission."
Damian went back to just sitting and doing nothing what so ever.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

He had just finished changing out his robes for the nobleman outfit. He made sure to hide his pendant. He wouldn't dare take it off. He tucked the chain firmly inside the cloth material before he combed his hair once again, having only a few strands fall into his face. Upon Jackson's words, Sam went below deck and fixed his blades. He had left his weapons in his cabin, secured inside of a locked chest. "You'd better have a good reason to pull me down here Templar," he flinched, cleared his throat and tried again. "Excuse me my dear fellow. But could you please tell me as to why you summoned me?" he made a face. He hated playing the role of a nobleman to get at a target. He hated the way it made him sound all proper.

"Yes, yes... Well, the reason I asked that fellow of yours to get you is... Well, you left before I could say one thing." Damian cleared his throat, and re-adjusted his Templar armor, for it was a bit tight.
"You see, This particular Nobleman was supposed to be going with a guard. Torres barely knows me, so it would be fine if I come along, no?"
Damian adjusted the strap on his out fit to show the Templar symbol.
"Plus, if he sees the Templar symbol on me, he might even trust you even more."

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

"Or you lend your armor to someone I trust," he retorted. This was him showing he truly didn't trust Damian, as the Templar hadn't done anything to earn the Assassin's trust. "After all, you still haven't proven to me you're trustworthy. How am I to know you won't sell me out as a fake? I've had that happen before and the person wasn't even a Templar."

'This one is quick to judge...'
"Well, I doubt that you have clothing on this ship to fit a man of my height - I've seen your men, and they are much shorter than me." Damian said.
He continued with "And, remember - I am the one who knows what the chalice looks like. Some people bring their own Chalices, and you can be sure as hell they are going to be bejeweled and enbroided with gold."
With that, Damian sat back down, for he was getting ready to stand up and loom over Samuel.

(Dangit, I forgot to mention that Damian's armor is specially fitted, because his height made it impossible for him to wear the armor first given to him.)

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

He made something similar to a grumble or a groan. Finally, he agreed with a slight nod. "Won't the guards in Harrods's house notice him missing?" Last time he infiltrated a party by being someone he wasn't, he had to be escorted by that person's own guards to avoid suspicion. Most likely, he'd have to do it again.

"Bah, the man doesn't even pay them. They will notice he's missing, but they'll be glad."
A loud metal clank was heard, so Damian turned to the source and realized it was his sword, in the scabbard.
"Bah..." He readjusted it, to make sure it was safely leaning against the wall.
"Now, where was I...? Oh, right. Well, the guards won't care if he is missing, because the man is greedy - keeps all the money to him self. His guards have to take other jobs to feed themselves."
Damian adjusted his leg, for the bandage was hurting again, but it was merely at an odd position.
"So, I would see no reason to be worried by his guards."

Kidd sat in the corner of the room, laughing like a maniac, as he watched Bonny help Elizabeth into the dress.
"Now for your hair."
"No! No way! I'll do that myself" Elizabeth chuckled before she led Kidd and Bonny out of her quarters.

"This had better work" Elizabeth said quietly as she filled six vials with the modified jincan, and put the vials in her pocket. She examined herself in the mirror and made sure that everything was perfect, "Everything seems to be in place so why do I have a feeling that I'm forgetting something?" Elizabeth looked around her quarters, her eyes fell upon a bottle containing the brew that Kidd had made earlier. "I never thought I would smell this again" Elizabeth thought as she opened the bottle and dabbed some of it's contents on her wrists and neck. At that moment, she remembered her mother. Amanda Shay was never obsessed with beauty, but she always had her one bottle of perfume, and Kidd's brew smelt identical to the perfume that Elizabeth remembered so well. The memory of her mother, fuelled the fire inside of her. Elizabeth quickly walked over to the Soul Wave, eager to finally dispose of Torres.

"I hope that everything is alright here" Elizabeth asked as she joined Samuel and Damian.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

"It is," he said softly. He had gone back and corrected his mistake of leaving the real Harrods alive and left a note for the guards to find on the man's body, which lay on his bed. It said that they were free to take what they needed from the house, but to leave it to him, Samuel. He would pay them well to stay silent and keep the house while he was gone. "You have the invitation?" he asked, fixing his hair once again in his quarters. He had dabbed some cologne onto his skin and it smelt lovely,though he hated it. He hated dressing like a nobleman.

"I hope that both of you have managed to elaborate how I will be able to appear a guard for both of you..."
Damian looked over to his sword for a second, as if to make sure it was there, then looked back to the two.
"...for we need the nobles you two are impersonating to be related, in Business or Blood."
'I hope one of them don't blow it... We'll be in the middle of a fort, basically.'
Damian thought, hoping that situation would never become a reality.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

"Fake marriage perhaps?" He suggested, looking to Elizabeth. That probably would or wouldn't work, as he'd never had a fake marriage before on any of his disguise missions.

"Or..." Damian said, Calmly.
"...We can just both get you two matching rings, put 'em on both of ya, and... There."
Damian said, a bit confused why Samuel did not just go with that.
"That, or your... Ahem, 'Friend'... Here can just impersonate Mrs. Harrods, and put on rings. The invitation does allow an additional noble, and a guard, if I am correct." Damian said, hoping that they did not have to put up an entire fake weeding.

Samuel "Snakefang" Donnelly

He blushed hard and cleared his throat. "That could work. But we have to prepare now. The party is tonight."

"Hm." Damian grunted, to him self.
"Well, we don't have to get into exact details. Your friend 'ere looks like her a bit, and Torres has terrible memory now these days. We should be fine." Damian suggested, pretty sure this entire plan would go off without a hitch.
But he was never right about many things. He hoped this wasn't one of them.

"I suppose it could work." Elizabeth took of her Master Assassin ring and hid it in one of her many pockets before she examined Damian carefully, "You seem like one of the few men who could be able to take on El Tiburón, we might need you if things go south. However, if you sell us out, I will use you to scrape the barnacles from my ship." Elizabeth handed three of the vials to Samuel, "This is the jincan. All it takes, is a single vial. Even half a vial would do the trick." Elizabeth looked around for some simple bands she could pinch, as well as a spare Templar ring for Samuel. "Why don't we just go to their house and get their rings?"
