"Aye, he may not be a threat, but why is he looking for Elizabeth, and why does he know of the existence of a sage in the first place" Kidd asked before he sipped at his bottle. He looked over to the chest filled with letters, and let out a groan. "Perhaps with his political background, he might be able to get us out of this mess. I take it you or Eden have let Ah Tabai know about this?"

Fia explained everything, how he knew about the sage, why he wanted to find their Lizzy. "He only wishes t' help her." She said before nodding. "He might." She said before walking over to Mary. "We will be fine as long as we stick together, we're goin' t' be fine."

Kidd sat quietly as he listened to everything Fiadh had to say, and let out a shaky breath once she had finished. He thought for a moment before quietly removing his bandana.
"If push comes to shove, we get Eden out of here. The rest of us could probably manage, but her..." Mary let out a sigh before looking up at Fiadh.

Aye, I agree... She's far t' young an enexperanced for a fight like this..." She said with a nod. "If worse comes t' worse I'll drag er' on me ship meself and take her t' Tulum." She said as she stood up. "Now I need t' get back down t' the church. Come with me?"

"It's not just that. Eden's got a proper future, a whole life ahead of her" Mary said as she pulled on her bandana, and tucked her hair in place. Kidd felt like out of all of them, Eden was the only one with a shot at a normal life. In a way, she could imagine Eden settling down one with Günther one day, having children, and becoming some fancy lady. "Of course I'll come with. Need to meet this poor girl everyone's talking about."

We can't be makin choices fer her... If she wants t' be an assassin tha' is her choice." She said with a smile as she waited by the door for her. Once she was ready Fia held the door for her and began walking back down to the church. "Eden's future is in her own hands... Thats wha' we fight fer isn't it? The freedom t' choose one's own fate?" She asked with a smile. She was starting to sound like her own father.

"That is true. If she really gets herself into it, then I suppose Günther will do what's best for her" Kidd said with a sigh as he walked at Fiadh's side down to the church. "I won't stop her from being an assassin, but... we'll stop her from getting herself killed in this fight."

Ferdiad sat outside the church with a small satchel and a bundle of papers at his side, playing a song on his lyre as he waited for the others.

She nodded. "He seems t' care a great deal for out sweet Eden... I know he will do whats best fer her." She said as she walked beside James with a smile. "We will ensure she survives this... yes at any cost." She smiled as she saw Ferdiad. Approaching she looked down. "Wha' do ye have there?" She asked curiously.

"Aye. Reckon the man would lay down his life for her if he truly needed to." Kidd looked to Ferdiad, and raised a brow, curious as to the contents of the satchel.
"Just some... supplies from Günther. As well as some notes and paperwork for you to read through and sign" Ferdiad said as he rose to his feet. He dusted himself off, and looked to Kidd, tilting his head slightly.

James, why don' ye go on inside, just speak low an calm and the sweet lass should be fine." She said with a smile before turning her attention to Ferdiad. "Wha' ar' these papers fer?" She asked as she took them and began reading.

"Aye, I'll go and meet my latest headache" Kidd chuckled before heading inside to meet Marisol.
Ferdiad watched Kidd head inside before turning back to Fiadh, and let out a sigh.
"Apparently it's so ye won' hold 'em liable if ye en' up up the duff. There's also the patien' form, an' instructions an' the like" Ferdiad explained.

Kidd entered the church, and quietly looked around for Marisol, as well as admiring the Order's work. He was rather impressed with what Günther's men had managed to do with so few resources.

Eden was sitting on Marisol's bed, smiling and talking with her. When she heard the church's doors she turned and smiled as she waved at James. Marisol however seemed nervous about meeting someone new, she withdrew a little but still gave James a small friendly smile.


"Aye..." She said going through the papers, reading each one before she smiled. "Let's head back inside then... Unless ye have a quill and some ink ou' her'" She said with a smile.

Kidd studied Marisol for a moment, trying to figure out if she was a threat or not.
"It's good to finally meet you, Marisol" Kidd said with a small smile as he stepped closer to Marisol. "May I give you a hug?"

"Unfortunately I don' have a quill, ink, or a desk" Ferdiad chuckled before heading inside the church, holding the door open for Fiadh. "I'll be sure tae thank Günther for this."

Eden turned and smiled at James before turning to look at Marisol who seemed unsure what to say. "I...I suppose..." She said still seeming unsure and nervous. Eden smiled at her, trying to reassure her that it was alright.

Fia stepped into the church and walked over to where Gunther and Eberhard were still standing. Stealing a quill and some ink she began reading again before signing what she needed to sign.

Kidd smiled and hugged Marisol tightly, if Marisol was paying attention, she would feel that Kidd was actually a woman.
"Not a word" Kidd whispered quietly before releasing Marisol from the hug. "James Kidd. It's a pleasure to finally meet you, Marisol."

Marisol's eyes widened as James hugged her, but she said nothing. "It's a pleasure to meet you..." She said shyly. "M-my name is Marisol de Torres..." She said in a quiet voice.

Fia finished signing what she needed too before glancing at Gunther. "Do ye need these back?" She asked, holding up the signed papers in her hands

"Unfortunately, I'm aware of who your grandfather is, and what you've been put through. But... you're safe now, and that's all that matters" Kidd said with a small smile before looking to Eden.

"Ja. If you have any questions or issues... you know where to find us" Günther said with a smile as he took the papers from Fiadh and rolled them up before setting them with the other scrolls.

Marisol looked down when her grandfather was mentioned. "I'm sorry... I know my being here is only going to cause trouble for you all... I only seem to bring trouble..." She said as she fought the urge to cry. Eden frowned and looked at James.

Fia smiled and gave a nod. "Aye, I'll do tha' should questions or issues arise." She said with a chuckle as she glanced back at Ferdiad with a playful smile before looking back at Gunther. "Eberhard tells me ye need beds. When yer ready bring yer ship over t' mine an we'll see wha' I might have fer ye."

"You don't bring trouble, lass. Your grandfather, however, is another story. We'll not let him come near you" Kidd said with a reassuring smile as he looked to Marisol. "We'll come up with a plan, we always do. Don't you worry."

"Ah, wunderbar! Tell me, what do we owe you for this" Günther asked curiously as he cleaned his hands with a strong smelling rag. "And of course I'll bring my ship around as soon as I can."

Marisol looked up at James still worried. "I'm sorry... I wish I could be braver..." She said with a sigh. She wished she was stronger but she felt so weak. Eden smiled and placed her hand on her shoulder. "Everything will be alright, you'll see."


Ye owe me nothin, if ye need anything else I have quite the selection of things ye would be surprised t' see on a pirate ship." She said with a chuckle. "I believe Ferdiad an I will likely be headin' back t' me ship soon.

"In your own time. Until then, you've got the lot of us to look after you. There's also Elizabeth, but... it's probably good that she's not aware of this. That woman would be halfway to Havana by now and about ready to kill those men" Kidd chuckled as he set a reassuring hand on Marisol's shoulder.

"I'll certainly have to see what you have some time. Perhaps we could trade goods some time? Whatever you have for medicine, and... supplies" Günther chuckled before looking to Ferdiad. Ferdiad turned a bright shade of red, and rubbed the back of his head. "I believe it'd be best if we get the beds after the meeting tomorrow." Eberhard had gathered all the scrolls, and began writing the patient information down in a book in some sort of code.

She nodded still unsure. "Perhaps someday..." She said but in truth, she didn't feel brave. She was terrified of what her grandfather would do to her or the people who were trying to help and protect her. "I would like to be braver... Maybe I can learn from all of you how to be..."

Eden smiled. "For now worry about healing and getting better. Let us worry about being brave." She said smiling. "James is right, You're safe now and we aren't going to let your grandfather or any of  his men near you."

I'm always open t' trade." She said with a smile As she saw Gunther looked to Ferdiad. Arching her brow as she saw Ferdiad's blushing face before chuckling herself. "Aye, after tha meetin' will be fine. If I'm gettin' up early fer this meetin' in tha' mornin' I'm goin' t' need t' sleep soon." She said as she smiled at Ferdiad.

"However, until then... Marisol have you ever fired a pistol before" Eberhard asked curiously. Whilst they would all be there to protect her, he knew she needed to learn how to defend herself. He knew she likely wouldn't need to, however he was being cautious.

"I too need to get to bed. Haven't slept in days" Günther said before letting out a yawn. He looked over to Marisol and the people surrounding her, and smiled. "Please try to actually get some sleep you two" Günther chuckled as he looked back to the two, "We've a lot to discuss tomorrow."

Marisol looked up at Eberhard and shook her head. "My grandfather would never allow it... Guns aren't meant for young ladies..." She said repeating her grandfather's words.. "I've never been allowed near them."

Eden looked over at Gunther with a smile before getting up to go join him where he stood. She was happy her sisters had agreed to help. She was feeling quite tired herself but was unsure if she should return to Gunthers ship with him or return to the cabin.

Fia smiled and rolled her eyes. "Don' worry. We'll get sleep." She said with a chuckle as she looked up at Ferdiad. "Ready t' go back t' me ship?" She asked with a wink.

"Well then, I guess I'll have to teach you. How about we start tomorrow" Eberhard asked as he sat on one of the beds. "Given the situation and all the things the old fool has put you through, it's safe to say he's wrong... about a lot of things."

Günther smiled and wrapped his arms around Eden, holding her close as he looked around at all the people who had come together to help Marisol. This... this was what his order was meant to do.
"Somehow this brings me more joy than hunting Templars" Günther purred sleepily.

"Oh I'm sure we will" Ferdiad chuckled as he looked down at Fiadh with a sly smirk. They would probably get some sleep... eventually.
