The Forseen (Closed)

Savannah stood there for a moment before she began to follow. She wondered if she had done something wrong because she couldn't understand why he would just run off like that. Ava sat next to her husband and listened as well, looking up she gave her husband a questioning look. She wasn't quite sure she understood what that meant.

Ronin whispered into Ava's ear of what he thought it had meant. Something was going to happen that involved Savannah and one of the Japanese deities: the Gold Dragon. "Haru only ever saw the Golden Dragon once and that was a long time ago."
"Watashi wa kono wa gōrudodoragon to no setsuzoku o motte iru koto o kakushin shite imasu." (I am certain that this girl has a connection to the Gold Dragon)

Savannah sighed before peeking inside. She said nothing as she sidestepped so that she was standing by the door. She was just curious really and couldn't understand most of what they were saying,

The three available older men looked up when Savannah came into the room and one of them pointed immediately to her shoes. Ronin immediately translated that the Masters didn't take kindly to shoes on their wood floors before Haru spoke again, slamming a fist against the wood. "Anata wa watashi ga shinobu to shite kanojo o kunren dekiru yō ni suru hitsuyō ga arimasu."(You have to let me train her as a Shinobi)

Ronin jumped in before their Masters could say anything. "Kanojo wa asashin to shite no kunrendesu. Naze kanojo wa shinobu ni naru hōhō o manabu hitsuyō ga arudeshou ka?"(She is training as an Assassin. Why would she need to learn how to be a Shinobi?) Haru didn't give an explanation. Instead he simply stared into Ronin's eyes, his own golden ones shouting silent curses at the older young man.

Savannah nodded and slipped her shoes off before setting them with the others. Savannah jumped at the shouting shaking slightly at it before she found her way over to Kenneth who had become a sort of security blanket.

Kenneth wrapped an arm around Savannah to keep her safe and calm while he listened to the Japanese bickering. Haru had been about to challenge Ronin one more time before the fourth came out with four plates balancing on his arms and a grin across his face. He exclaimed as best as he could in English that dinner was ready before he handed out the dishes to the newcomers. Only once they had gotten their plates did he bring out the rest of the plates and the drinks.

Ava smiled as she looked down at the food. She loved the food they had here and Japanese food all togeather really. Smiling she looked down at Savannah and Kenneth who seemed to have become rather protective of his student. Smiling she looked up at Ronin and gave him a nod to look at them before wiggling her eyebrows playfully.

Ronin couldn't help but laugh and stuffed a forkfull into his mouth. He'd forgotten how good the Master's food actually was.

Smiling Ava chuckled as Savannah looked up at Kenneth with a puzzled look. She grinned and wiggled her eyebrows at Kenneth before she began to eat. Smiling with a happy sigh as she ate. She had always enjoyed Japanese food

Kenneth shook his head and stuffed his mouth full of food. He was surprised that it was good and managed to smile up at the four men before he continued to eat his food while Haru was muttering in Japanese. He would discuss this more when they'd finished eating. He just knew that the Gold Dragon was tied to the girl somehow.

Savannah had never eaten Japanese food but it was good. Smiling she ate her food slowly but would eat it all. She didn't know what had really been going on but she had a feeling she wouldn't like it.

Ava smiled as she continued to eat quietly beside her husband, glancing over at Savannah every once in awhile.

Ronin nudged Ava and whispered "Kanojo wa mada bijon o shiru ga dekimasen."(She cannot know of the vision just yet) before he finished his food and offered to take everyone else's plates into the kitchen.

Ava looked up at her husband and nodded. "Wakarimasu.(I understand.)" She replied before finishing her own food. She was worried a little bit about Savannah but wouldn't say anything to her.

After they conversed a bit more with the newcomers there, Ronin showed Kenneth and Savannah both to where they'd be sleeping before he returned to the Masters to talk more about Haru's vision.

Ava had stayed behind to listen to what Haru had to say. She didn't really think it should be up to Haru or the nice men who allowed them to stay. It should be up to Savannah to decide wether or not she wanted to be a shinobi.

Haru continued on his tangent, explaining in Japanese that he just knew the girl had something to do with the Gold Dragon. He bickered back and forth with the four Masters before Ronin chimed in. "Dono yō no shite, watashitachi wa kanojo ni kime sasemasu ka?"(How about we let her decide) At that, the Masters all looked up at Savannah and Haru turned to stare up at her, his golden brown eyes reflecting the sun. "Savannah, Haru wants to train you as a Shinobi. Teach you our way of fighting. Would you like to learn from him or continue learning from Kenneth?"

Savannah looked at them before stepping closer to Kenneth. "I want to stay with Kenneth." She said as she looked around at everyone in the room. She didn't want to learn to be a shinobi she just wanted to be an assassin.

Haru's eyes narrowed for a moment before he rose to his feet, followed swiftly by Ronin. The two began to argue back and forth in Japanese. It started to get out of hand before the Masters all said one word: Chinmoku!(Silence)

The two stopped their squabbling and Haru turned back to Savannah. "You would not become Shinobi. You would simply learn to fight like one."
"Make no mistake, Savannah. Haru's both an Assassin and a Shinobi. He's willing to teach you if you wish to learn."
"And my vision...it portrayed you and Gold Dragon. Perhaps this is why you were directed here. To learn from one who is similar."

I want to stay with Kenneth..." She repeated before standing up and leaving. She was too tired of dealing with this and only wanted to learn to fight from Kenneth. He was her mentor, not Haru. Ava frowned and stood up to follow after her.

Haru rounded on Ronin and as one, they began a tussle. While three of the four restrained the boys, the fourth went after the women and laid a hand on Ava's shoulder, telling her silently that she simply needed to talk to Savannah. That he should as well.

Ava nodded at the man and found Savannah sitting by the water. She just wanted to go home now. All she wanted was help with her visions and that was it.

The Master sat down alongside Savannah and lightly stirred the water with his fingers. "When a ripple first starts, it starts small. But as it travels, it grows larger." Said the man in a friendly voice. He looked over at the girl and offered a smile. "Everyone here only wants what's best. Haru can be a bit demanding at times, but he is good lad."

Kenneth is my mentor..." She replied without looking at him. "I am going to stay with Kenneth..." She said with a sigh as she looked down at the water. Ava watched from afar she wasn't really sure what to say or do but she knew this had to be Savannah's choice.

"No one ever said you had to leave Kenneth's teachings." The master said with a small laugh. "No. He would still be your Master. Haru would only show you what you want to learn. That includes your visions."

Savannah nodded without looking at the older man. "Can I have the night to think on it?" She asked with a frown before turning her head to look at him.
