| "I could have said no. I could have refused the mission. I could have listened to my ancestors, and we could have fled while we had the chance." Ember shut her eyes tightly, and rested her hands on the floor, and clenching her fists tightly. "I could have saved them. That is why I punish myself." | |

| "But is it what they would want?" Austin questioned again softly. "Would your friends want you to continually punish yourself because of something that happened long ago? Would they really want you to place harm upon yourself as punishment over and over until you've succumbed to your wounds and joined them with the Ancestors?" Austin shook his head slowly. "I do not believe they'd want that for you. I believe they'd want you to be happy, with Benjamin. They would want you to be strong and stop punishing yourself today for what happened years ago." Austin looked over at her and gently laid a hand on her back. "Remembering them is all you need to do, Ember. There's no need for you to punish yourself for what happened in the past. Put it behind you, before it ruins your future." His voice was still gentle, not holding any grudges or any shred of anger. He truly was worried for her and wanted to see her move on. She seemed happy with Benjamin and he wanted her to be happy, without worrying about the past. He wanted her future to be bright and happy and this level of concern shone through his eyes. | |

| "I can't explain why I do it, but it helps me in some strange way. After our fight, and running into David... I lost control. I almost killed myself." Ember wiped her eyes, and smiled happily. "I never had any siblings, but in a way, you're like a big brother to me. Benjamin, well he helps me feel vaguely normal. He's like my Joker, and I'm like his Harley Quinn." Ember looked at her phone, and hung her head. "We need to get ready, and move. I have an apartment a bit away from here. It's best if I get out of this bunker for now" Ember said as she stood up. "And please, call me Ember, or Harley." Ember bounded off to get ready.
After a refreshing shower, Ember headed to her room to change. She emerged a few minutes later wearing red skinnies, black combat boots, a black spaghetti strap shirt with "haha" printed in bright red across the front, her hair tied into pigtails, and dark-red lipstick. A red teddybear was chained to her studded belt by the neck. "Now we just need to wait for Benji to return before we move off" Ember said sadly as she looked at the door. She couldn't help but worry about him.

| Almost as if her words had summoned him, Benjamin walked through the door with a quiet sigh. He took a deep breath and ran a hand through his hair before he studied Ember. "You look as though you're ready to go somewhere,""She is," Austin said with a small nod and proceeded to his things that lay on the floor somewhere. Calmly, he pulled his Assassin's gear overtop of his daily clothes, tightening a various things before he turned to Vixen, ushering her into what looked like a carry case(You know, one of these: ). once she was inside, he strapped it over his shoulder and closed it tight so she wouldn't fall out. "Where we goin'?" He questioned, grabbing his own things and tucking his DS and its charger away into a compartment hidden on his own Assassin's gear before he pulled them on over his clothes. | |

| "Can't stay in one place for too long, what with the Templars and all" Ember said happily as she shrugged on her bike jacket. She put her essentials in a duffel bag, along with all her tech. "I don't know about you, but I'll be taking my bike. Seth will stay here, for now" Ember explained as she hid Zuko in her pocket. | |

| Austin gave a small laugh and shook his head. "I can follow on rooftop," he said with an assured nod. "Can you keep up with a bike?" Austin gave an affirmed nod at Benjamin's question. "One thing you don't know about me, Australian," he said, tugging at his clothes for a moment and grinning rather big. "I was trained by Assassins from Japan. You might have heard of their selection of elite Assassins. The Ninja Asashin. They taught me more than I knew already about the shadows. I can keep up." | |

| "You won't be able to keep up with a Dodge Tomahawk, trust me" Ember said with a laugh. "I've got a spare bike though if you need it." | |

| Austin gave a small frown, though there was a semi-smile on his face. "A spare bike," he echoed. "What kind is it?" | |

| "Well, there's the Suzuki Katana, the Kawasaki Ninja, Seth's Ural, and my Dodge Tomahawk." Ember let out a soft laugh as she thought of Seth and how he enjoyed his Ural; apparently he liked the feeling of his ears flapping about in the wind. | |

| Austin ran a hand through his hair for a moment and looked around. "That's a lot of bikes," he said softly. | |

| "It's a bit of an obsession, I admit. But at least it's useful. Actually, why don't we each take one?" Ember pointed to the shelf lined with helmets, and the rack of jackets. | |

| Austin looked skeptical and Benjamin was playing with the strap that ran across his shoulder. "I've never actually ridden one," said the boys together. | |

| "Oh dear" Ember said with a laugh. She called Seth over, and he set up his Ural. "Benjamin, would you be riding with me? I mean, Austin has Vixen so it would be easier for him to take the sidecar?" Ember was more red than a tomato at that point. | |

| The boys couldn't help but laugh, though Austin's held more of a nervous tone to it. "Of course I'll ride with ya," Benjamin said with a nod and tugged his hood down to cover his face. Austin ran a hand through his hair for a moment, his hands shaking. He'd never taken anything that took gas. He'd always gone by foot, climbing over rooftops and feeling fresh-air on his face. | |

| "It's alright, Seth's excellent on a bike. Benjamin, since we're going on the Tomahawk, you'll need some gear." Ember slowly made her way to a chest, and pulled some equipment from its depths. A padded leather suit, a neck brace, helmet, and specialised boots. "I'm sorry, I'd really not like to see you hurt. Not like I was" Ember said sadly as she handed Benjamin the gear. She went off to get changed while Seth handed Austin an old-timey helmet and goggles.
"Ready?" Ember was wearing a skin tight leather suit, black specialised boots, and a neck brace; her helmet rested proudly under her arm.

| Austin and Benjamin looked over at one another and the Donnelly couldn't help but laugh. "What's so funny, mate?" "Wish I had a mirror right now," Austin wheezed, drawing a hand over his eyes for a moment before a fresh wave of laughter struck him like a lightning bolt. "You look so ridiculous!" | |

| "I think he looks kinda cute" Ember said as she blushed violently. She quickly pulled her helmet on in an effort to hide her blushing. Seth had a pair of goggles on, and was sitting proudly on his Ural; the sidecar open and waiting for Austin. Ember removed a cloth from a bike in the corner, and smiled happily to herself. "World's fastest bike, the Dodge Tomahawk"But this would be Ember’s, except she would have red lighting: | |

| (Omg that's a light cycle from Tron! lol ^_^) Austin took a deep breath and climbed into the side car, making sure not to hurt Vixen as he did so. Benjamin shook his head and looked at the bike before blinking a few times. Then a soft laugh echoed through his body. "It looks like the bike from Tron," he observed kindly. | |

| Suprisingly, Michael had failed to live up to his motto, 'Money doesn't buy you happiness, but have you ever seen a sad person with thousands of dollars?', which was him now. In fact, he would look odd to a normal passerby, as he grumpily at the 3rd muffin he had ordered from a Café in the morning. Sure, he had a great pay, but he failed a mission - a very important one, in fact. As he sat alone, he said somewhat exauhstingly to himself, "...If I had a helicopter... I could fly after them instead... but nooooo... i'm eating a blueberry muffin at... eh... with no trace at all...". Later, ther was a loud [i]thunk![/i) from his table, which was him placing his face hardly on the table, recounting the events of the mission to himself.

| "These were the bikes used in tron" Ember said happily as she hopped onto her bike, and shifted forward slightly so Benjamin could sit behind her. As the engine roared to life, the bike, Ember’s suit, and Benjamin's suit were illuminated by ruby-red elwire and lights. "Should we get going?" | |

| Benjamin gave a small nod once he was settled behind her. "I'm goin' to guess tha' I'm goin' to need to hold on to somethin'," he said lightheartedly, a small laugh in his throat. Austin merely gave a soft laugh and gave a nod, holding Vixen's carrier close to him to protect her. Or at least that's what it looked like. "I'm ready," he said simply, though his tone was a little fearful. | |

| David stood in the shadows, watching this generation of assassin's having fun. He allowed himself a small chuckle. They were young, almost carefree at times. Little did they know that a war that had been fought for centuries.. for millennia in fact, would come down to them.. which made David sad. They deserved fun, without this burden that they must carry.. had David succeeded in stomping out the templars hundreds of years ago.. it would not have come down to this.
(I didn'tknow how else to re-inject David into this story)

"David," the quiet voice of the Ghost's Shadow drifted from somewhere behind him and soon, gentle hands began to slip up to his shoulders while she sat down near him. "What is it? You look so concerned."

| David looked over at Alyssa and sighed. "Look at them. They would have had long carefree lives... If I had succeeded hundreds of years ago at crushing the Templars. Even you could have lived a full life without assassin concerns had I not failed. My life's work have been to protect the innocents and defeat the templars.. and I have failed." He murmured quietly, so no one but she heard him. It was a weakness he did not want those related to the templars to hear.. for the bastardo's would not hesitate to use it. | |
