Due to his misanthropy, he has no real code on who he'll assassinate, with the only exception that children under 17 are off-limits. Due to his misanthropic nature, he has no reservations about how close he gets to kill someone, though he prefers to do so in a clean way. He is a professional, after all. No connections to the brotherhood or order, and tries his best to stay out of their way, though he doesn't mind working for them if the pay is good.

Strengths: Observant, manipulative, blends in easily. A good knife-fighter and an even better shot.

Background:Lived in the Bronx for most of his childhood, until his parents were murdered by a burglar. He then moved further upstate, to the city of Ithica, and was adopted by an abusive family. After a few years of misery with them, an assassin from the brotherhood killed his parents, and he was sent out on his own in the world. Moving to New York City, he made a name for himself as "The Viper", preforming hits for the mafia and other people in high places. After he made enough money, he decided to go national, killing all over the country, if the job pays, anyway.
