Ragio stands at 5'11, and weighs 190 lbs. He has dark brown medium length hair, and dark navy blue eyes. He also has a beard, close to his jawline, and across his lip. He has a scar across his lip, on the right time, where no hair will grow. His outfit is grey in color. His boots are made from tough leather, and are lined with wool, and has a steel plate on the tip or each boot, best for swift kicks. He has a scarlet red scarf, which is about 4 feet from his shoulder down. The assassin insigma is on the palm of both his hands, and the strap of his katana holster.
Personality: Rage is a very flirtatious young man, making a move on every woman that enters his gaze, and most often, gets slapped in the process. But when duty calls, he turns into a different person, and tries his best to get down what needs to be.
Favorite Weapons: Chained Katanas, Blow darts, Hidden Boot-Blade (a hidden blade located on the inside of Ragio' s ankle, and extends when he kicks.)
Strengths: Master at countering attacks, strong grip, and can easily adapt to different situations.
Weaknesses: Has a habit of flirting with women, which often gets him of track of his missions, and also keeps him distracted. Ragio also suffers from ADD, and has trouble focusing on his missions, his everyday tasks as is. He is also a bad judge of character, and easily trusts people he meets.
Background/Biography: Ragio was born in China, but of Roman descent, to the Di'Morte family. His parents moved to there to avoid any further involvement with guards and the government. His father, Rezo Di'Morte was a very esteemed assassin, and kept their family afloat for many years. However, when Ragio was 16, his father was finally caught, and decapitated by the remnants of Roman soldiers that showered the streets for them over the years. Rezo refused to teach Ragio of the ways of the assassin, and now it was too late. He had to learn himself. He sought out the Chinese Assassin Order, and swore to don the insigma.
The first two years were the roughest for Ragio, do this mentor at the time was Chai Xaio, a well known, and well feared assassin that happened to be friends with the boy's father. He was tough on Ragio, not hesitating to leave a couple cuts on him, or even knock it out, need be depending on what they were doing. After the two years were up, Chai simply stated, "This is all I can teach you. However.... It is not all you can learn." At this time, Ragio was given Chai' s blade, "Ling" meaning zero, in relation to how thin and sharp the blade was.
Ragio trained for the next eight years by himself, saving those in trouble, giving to the pore, and stopping countless headstrong guardsmen. Ratio' s biggest accomplishment however, was sneaking into a Vietnamese military camp to the east, destroying plans to attack with cooperation of another, unspecified army, via killing the messages between armies, and slaughtering Vietnamese reinforcements before they could make a move. He returned to his home, and was highly praised by his fellow assassin's.
Ratio recently decided to leave China in search of new lands, only to ensure up in America, right in the middle of their revolution.

You have three distinct strengths, so that's good, but Ragio only has one weakness. I would add one or two more weaknesses (anything from physical to psychological flaws) that flesh out his character just a bit more, as opposed to being just another rogue, swashbuckling hero. This is up to you, but you could expand on those 10 years of training in the order. A lot could have happened then: friendships forged, enemies made, places explored during training exercises, etc. Totally up to you whether you want to delve into that or not, but it would be interesting. Focus on getting another weakness or two though and you'll be good to go!
