Weaknesses: Is always getting into fights, is quick to anger, and has a strong addiction to alcohol.

Background/Biography: Petra Bastian was the bastard child of Lord Weiss of Germany and the American prostitute Nicole Bastian and was left at an orphanage by her mother who died a few years later. Petra was never adopted so she was left with the name her mother gave her which was Petra Bastian. By the age of 15 she had run away from the orphanage and started a carer with George Washington's rebels as a spy but soon became a sniper assassin once the war broke out taking out a dozen targets and including her Hessian father.

Pretty good: distinct persona and the weaknesses are actually weaknesses. Things you may want to expand upon might be why she joined Washington's rebels, how she came to be skilled with firearms and with stealth, and why she's an alcoholic. Other than that, looks good to me.
