At the end of the Operation Torch landings, Andrew's 72nd team moved far behind into friendly lines to be extracted, a plane from a seized airfield taking them Hereford. After a few weeks of leave, a team from the American branch of the 72nd were called to deploy in France, to meet up with an assassin cell outside of Paris who were rumored to have been in radio contact with the German officer in charge of the occupation who had possession of Hitler's Apple.
