Official Rules

Here are the official rules of the forum. You must follow them; breaking them will lead to warnings, which could ultimately lead to a ban.

1.) No harsh critisizing on someone's post. Be respectful of them.

2.) No God-modding. Your character cannot be freaking invincible, and they must be reasonable.

3.) No deleting or editing someone's post without their consent.

4.) Keep cursing to a respectable minimum--nobody likes reading, "f*** this f***ing stupid ***hole why in h**..." Seriously, its unneeded and immature.

5.) We need mature members. If you can't handle gore, explicit scenes, and language, this may not be the right forum for you.

6.) No one liners. Here we expect at least a good size paragraph, minimum, per post, and typed in third person. Also, use correct grammar. No text talk. You must be literate.

If you break these rules, you will get an appropriate punishment. Repeating an offense might get you banned.

Question. If your character 'dies' are you allowed to use them in another roleplay, or are they dead for good?

Good question, and yes you can use them in another roleplay, as long as they're not magically brought back from the dead (in another words, you would RP like an alternate timeline).If you decided you just didn't want to use that character anymore, you can tell me, and I'll add Deceased next to your application and you could just make another.

How does roleplaying work exactly around here? could you kind of explain it to me I am quite new to this roleplaying business but I am a fan of the games. I just wanted to try something new. I would be thankful!!

Ok well role playing is basically telling a story, with each person adding their own flair with their own character. I suggest you read some current role plays to get the hang of how it works and flows :3

Question: Can your character move from one timeline to the next. Say you have a character in France who is 34. Could you put them in Renaissance (Italy, say) at 47?

And, can two of your characters in the same timeline meet each other?

For the character duping, simply copy and paste the character app into another time, and rewrite the bio so it fits the time period. Having two of your characters is a dodgy kinda deal, but if you can make it work well then sure

1) do I have to post a character/ character picture before rp'ing?

2) I have a unique idea for a plot of an rp, and I need people to play cannon people and I shall play an Oc, how should I go about requesting this?

You need to post a character, do this in the Character App section of each Era. There is a template there and plenty of examples. If you have an idea either post it in the Suggestion topic to see what people think

Is it okay to create a character in an era I havent oficially played in yet?
Like, I just started with AC1
but that rp isnt really active and there aren't many characters in it, So iwould like to play in Blackflag and stuff. If i just read some about it to gain general knowledge, is that okay- enough for me to rp in that era?? ><;;

Like... I dont want to be too noob/failing about it..
And I'll create someone else aside from Ailith for it (or re-use her and dont use her for the other era's ? )

As long as you know the Assassin lore of that era, key events, and the people, it should be okay. If you're gunning for black flag, read a bit about the pirates themselves. Creating a new character is preferable.

You have as many characters in as many different eras as you like, so if you feel like AC1 is too inactive go right ahead and create a new character in a different era
