The Revolution(Currently inactive) Empty
PostSubject: The Revolution(Currently inactive)   The Revolution(Currently inactive) EmptyTue Jun 03, 2014 4:25 pm

Nick was sitting on his sofa, as he usually did when he had nothing to do. But he was in a more serious mood, he had just said bye to a close friend of his on the phone after having a very deep conversation with that friend. Now, ever since Nick's adoptive mother was shot dead, all he's wanted was to take down Abstergo in an act of vengeance of them single handedly changing his life, not for the better either. Before this conversation, Nick was pretty angry with himself for just sitting on his sofa blasting music through his speakers, doing nothing to expose Abstergo and take them down. Maybe he had been waiting for the Assassins to try it so then he can just join in when they do it? Well, then he remembered that after almost 10000 years of fighting between the Assassins and Templars, the Templars had become this insanely large videogame company able to hide in plain site AS a videogame company while the Assassins...have been biting the dust for years now. So Nick gave one of his close friends who he relied on for advice a call about it. After a bit of explaining his friend asked "Well...okay, then tell me Nick. What do you want to actually do?" "I want to expose Abstergo for what they really are and take them down, in almost a revolution." Nick answered. And what his friend replied back with..."Nick, you can't do anything from your sofa." And then....Nick had a revelation of how true that truly was. He knew that while he couldn't do anything alone or even with the Assassins, he had PLENTY of evidence lying around just waiting to be used in order to expose Abstergo for who they truly are. And while alone, he had little resources? If he got this out to the public, he could start a revolution almost. He could have it be an army vs an army. Him, the Assassins and company vs Abstergo Industries...he realized what he had to do.

Nick quickly went into his spare room and grabbed his camera he never used. He also got his tripod and then went into his living room, positioned the camera in front of a blank wall but didn't record it yet, he still had to do something else. He grabbed his laptop and put it on the table behind the camera. He sat down and got to work, he was able to hack into the servers which were used for broadcasting all of the TV channels in Canada and America, smiing, he said to himself "Always been good at doing stuff like this, huh..." before rewritting the code and changing the servers broadcasts to one channel,  which was vacant and never used for any TV shows, sports, etc. However he still had a couple of things to do before being ready to ignite what he called "The Revolution".

He went into the bathroom and looked at himself in the mirror, due to his constant thinking he noticed he hadn't shaven in about a month and had a scruffy beard. "Time for a new look." he smirked and run the tap water before completely slitting back his hair in the same way a person would if they had a ponytail, minus the ponytail itself. He looked at his new hair and thought to himself "Better." before trimming his beard a little, but still keeping it as a stubble. He then got his black hoodie, put it up and then put on his old metal mesh half face Paintball mask which had a skull printed onto the mesh, in order to hide his identity. Afterwards he got back to his laptop and pressed enter, which started broadcasting the recording camera on the TV channel which was never used. He silently thanked John from Abstergo Entertainment (who was now dead) for teaching him to hack, when he went undercover at Abstergo Entertainment for the Assassins. Due to the sudden change in broadcasting, Nick had a brief amount of time to start recording the video and get in front of the camera. Which he did and 10 seconds later....every single TV in Canada and America wasn't playing The Walking Dead or Game of Thrones or whatever show was meant to be playing as people were expecting. What was playing on their TV's was of a single man in front of a wall, with a hoodie on along with the hood being up and a skull metal mesh half face mask. Nick stared at the camera, for a few more seconds to make sure it is live before starting...

"Ahem....good evening, America and Canada. I understand you all are wondering why exactly it is me who you are seeing on your TV screens and not your shows you watch at this time, am I right? Well...it's for several reasons as to why that is. First off, I want to ask you all a question, do you know the company Abstergo Entertainment, I think most gamers will, that's for sure. Now, you may believe them to be a simple video game company, correct? Well...how would you react if I told you that you were all wrong about Abstergo? They are not some videogame company, they have been here for thousands of years evolving. Many things have changed since they were first made....but one thing that never changed? They are  the most power hungry, arrogant, greedy and corrupt TYRANTS to ever set foot ON THIS EARTH! Now, you all are probably laughing at me am I right? Well, take a look at this!" Nick almost commanded before sending a photo of the apple of Eden to his laptop via his phone which was set to broadcast any image or video that was sent there and the picture was shown, for the whole of the USA and Canada to see. "This, is the Apple of Eden. You all may be familiar with it as the forbidden fruit in the Adam and Eve story from the Bible, however allow me to tell you that the apple of Eden is much more powerful and worse...this thing has the power to kill you instantly and it has been the reason for many corrupt people in history to come to power. And for several events, one example being the Bonfire of the Vanities in 1497, when a man named Girolamo Savonarola found the apple and used it to manipulate and kill people into believing his own bullshit!" Nick then continued to explain why Abstergo is like this, while still giving huge amounts of proof in Abstergo's part to the evidence he showed to the entire of the USA and Canada. He however honored the Assassins wishes to remain in secret by not mentioning them.

After giving all the evidence and showing everyone in the USA and Canada what Abstergo truly was, he then stated "Everyone at home watching this on their TV's, everyone watching this from Times Square in New York and EVERYONE IN AMERICA AND CANADA HEAD MY CALL! Abstergo, you should heed this as a WARNING! Welcome to your doom, welcome to your worst nightmare and welcome...to the REVOLUTION! I understand that a certain group who I will NOT mention by name is going to be wondering why it's me leading the Revolution against Abstergo and not them, so do you want to know why I am the leader and not any of you?! Because I was able to do what none of you had the balls to do! I was able to expose Abstergo for who they truly were, alone and just with evidence I had on my crappy laptop and this camera that I'm currently recording on. While you couldn't do it with highly changed pro hackers and if there's anything that proves, it's that the reason why I will lead this Revolution is because I AM THE BEST GUY THAT HAS EVER SET FOOT ON THE EARTH'S SOIL! I was able to expose Abstergo for what it truly was, SO EVERYONE WATCHING THIS JOIN ME AND AID ME IN MY MISSION TO TAKE THESE SONS OF BITCHES DOWN ONCE AND FOR ALL! ALLOW YOURSELVES TO LIVE...THE REVOLUTION!" Nick finished with that before he used his phone to cut the broadcast. While the Assassins....watched the whole thing at their HQ.

PostSubject: Re: The Revolution(Currently inactive)   The Revolution(Currently inactive) EmptyWed Jun 04, 2014 1:43 pm

(OOC - Alright ^^ Thanks)

Rachel had been sitting in a cafe, having her late lunch when she heard a loud collective gasp around her. Having been focused on the book she was reading, she raised her gaze from the pages to the people seated around her. Following their gaze, she turned her head towards the TV set up near the counter in the small cafe to see a hooded man in a mesh mask. With a raised brow and a tilt of her head, she wondered what program this was. Barely able to catch his words, she wondered what was being said. "Excuse me, could you raise the volume please?" she called out and not long after the volume raised to a comprehendable level.

It was then that she finally caught what this hooded man was saying and she found herself gapping at it. Could he possibly be talking about the company that had a hand in her father's disappearence. She felt herself tense up in her seat as she continued watching it, hearing a few people laugh at him and other mutter how it couldn't be true. But Rachel knew better, her father had worked for this company and he had disappeared unexpectedly. As soon as he finished his broadcast, it switched back to the news. Blinking in surprise, she smiled to herself. She wanted to help this guy, to join...in this Revolution.

Nick, now done with the video decided to get onto Twitter and Facebook, which he never had done before and created an account on Twitter and Facebook, both of which were titled "THE REVOLUTION AGAINST ABSTERGO." They had descriptions that provided an anonymous email address which was encrypted in terms of tracking it, so then people can get into contact with him. Now, all he had to do...was wait. Wait for someone to attempt to join the revolution with him, he also decided to give the Assassins a call. "Yeah, it's me. You all saw the video right? Well listen, it's time we get Abstergo. You can join me, however know that we do this MY way. Not yours, as your way has caused a war that's lasted for several centuries. Join me or don't join me, I will take down Abstergo. With...or without you." and hung up.

PostSubject: Re: The Revolution(Currently inactive)   The Revolution(Currently inactive) EmptySat Jun 07, 2014 5:34 pm

It had been a couple of days later, his speech was still in the news but no one had given him any messages to join the revolution. He then decided he should go to America and take a break from all of this for a week, so then he can relax and can do something other than sit on his ass waiting for someone to contact his email. So he got on a plane and went to the US of A. After getting settled in after a few days, he then decided to just go to the local cafe...to go get a cup of coffee for once and relax. He was wearing the same outfit he did a couple of days ago, aside from the mask and was just sitting there relaxing watching the news coverage about how their search for the masked man still hasn't really done anything. He smirked and said to himself under his breath "good luck at that, dumbasses." and took a sip of his coffee. Before then...a woman with dark brown long hair and green eyes walked into the cafe....she looked at him and she seemed to have a "Do I know you?" look. Not as far as Nick knew though, he was still watching the news.

(wow, wish I had known you did this XD I would have replied sooner. But I've been busy in Italy with my family so...never really got to do much. Anyway, I'll reply now)

Rachel walked into her favorite cafe that was down the road from her apartment and out of the corner of her eye, she saw something familiar. Stopping in her walk, she turned her attention towards said object, seeing the plain looking black hoodie. Blinking to herself, she scolded herself for thinking that the black hood had been familiar. She then walked to the counter and asked for a light coffee with cream. While waiting for her desired drink, she turned her eyes back to the man in black. There was something about him, something that seemed very familiar but she just couldn't put her finger on it. Upon recieving her drink, she heaved a sigh and decided to confront the problem. If he wasn't anyone she knew, then there was no harm in talking with him.

With another breath, she forced herself to walk towards the male and stopped before the seat across from him. She tilted her head, her brows narrowed, he was surprisingly familiar and it was beginning to bug her. "Pardon me, but..." she found herself starting but unable to think up an appropriate question to ask.

He was sitting there, watching the news when he heard a womans voice..."Pardon me, but..." he turned towards the voice to see a dark brown haired woman, looking at him with a tilted head and narrowed eyebrows. "Hm...who's this?" he thought to himself. He took a sip of his coffee and in a goodish mood he decided to be nice. "Yes? What is it?" before realizing..."Wait, I'm wearing the exact same clo-....oooh shit!" he thought to himself again. He kept it cool though. "Better not start running, you don't know who this woman is." He then waited, patiently for her answer, remaining on his guard if he needed to get up quick and either knock the poor woman out or make a run for it.

Rachel watched him and upon him speaking up, she felt a smile perk on her face, "Could I sit here?" she asked, gesturing to the seat across from him. She decided it would be best to appear natural first before asking him if she had seen him before.

Nick looked at the woman, smiling in a friendly way and answered "Sure, go ahead." He knew that she somehow maybe knew him from the recording he did and that in order to maybe find out if he was who she thought he was, she was going to seem natural. He let her though, he oddly had...a feeling that she wasn't going to...I guess hurt him?

Rachel took her seat easily and took a sip of her coffee. Looking at her mug for a minute or two, she finally took a breath and turned her eyes up towards the male before her. "Well, I guess I'll cut to the chase then," she muttered lightly and smiled nervously, "Am I right in guess I probably have seen you before?" she asked him. She took another sip of her coffee as she awaited his reply.

Nick smirked slightly and decided to fuck with her a bit and give signs of who he was, if she was an Abstergo spy then he can just knock her out and try to erase her memory. "I think you...might of, think back to a few days, chances are like so many others you were watching TV. Think about it, what were you watching?" he asked, before sipping his own coffee.

Rachel tilted her head as she thought back to anything that could pinpoint what he could had been from. What really made him so familiar was the black hood, so she thought to anything that had that article of clothing as a focus. Closing her eyes to envision what she was looking for, she remembered that strange program that had been shown in the cafe once. Opening her eyes and looking at him in a puzzled expression, she tilted her head as she focused upon him. "The...Revolution?" she muttered to herself as she remembered the man onscreen having said such a thing.

She had looked online when she had gotten a chance but since she didn't have a computer herself, she had gone to a local internet cafe. Sadly when she searched for anything to do with the revolution was either about the worlds' revolutions or had been blocked. She wondered why such a thing would be blocked.

Nick patiently waited for an answer, before seeing her mutter the word "revolution" before smirking and saying "Yes, I'm the supposed crazy guy on the program. By the way, no crazy guy can recode and rewire every single TV program in Canada and the USA to one single channel within a matter of minutes, which I did. So don't think that I'm crazy and allow me to warn you right now, if you're from Abstergo, leave and never mention this conversation to anyone else again or my foot is going to knock your teeth out the next time I see you, understood?"

Rachel found herself blinking as she listened to him speak of himself and that strange program. So he was the guy from the TV, she was surprised she had guessed right. At the mention of others thinking him crazy, she raised her eyebrow. She didn't think he was crazy, actually she thought he was pretty brillent and really brave. However, at the mention of Abstergo, her eyes hardened, the greens of her eyes turning into cold emeralds as she thought back to those men at the company her father had worked for.

"You don't have to worry about them. I wouldn't work for those guys if my life depended on it" She uttered harshly. Her hands gripped roughly around the paper mug she had in her grasp, thankfully she remembered to keep her anger in check before crushing the mug. Taking a steading breath, she let go of her coffee to keep herself from losing it in her rage.

Nick noticed that the woman visibly looked pretty mad, so that clarified to him that she could be trusted, possibly. Nick then looked at her and asked "I doubt that what you just said are because of what I showed and said on the program. So tell me, what's your story? What happened to make you, like me, hate them?" out of curiosity

The Revolution(Currently inactive) Empty
PostSubject: Re: The Revolution(Currently inactive)   The Revolution(Currently inactive) EmptySat Jun 14, 2014 5:15 pm

Rachel sat back in her seat as she debated on giving up her side of Abstergo, but he might already know of this side and she wondered if she could even trust him. On the program with that mask, he didn't seem all that trustworthy, but now with his face revealed to her, she could see in his face that if the two of them were to join forces, it would be a smart and effective union. And so, with a small breath, she decided to devulge her story of the evils that is Abstergo.

"Well, first off, I should state that I have never had any real connection to this company. But as a child, my father found a job within a side company under the influence of a secret organization," she started off, turning her attention to the ceiling and she pulled painful memories forced to the back of her mind, "It was simple history gathering and a research based job he obtained. He kept up with the demands but could never give me any details about it. Turns out he was held under a contract of secrecy, even to his own family." She sighed at remember a night he returned frightened, almost horrified in a way. "But one night...he came muttering about something. Something that he shouldn't have seen. Always going back to an apple, I couldn't make any sense of it all." She felt pain at remembering his ravings. "The next morning, he was gone. I never saw him again."

She turned her attention from the ceiling to the male before her, her eyes narrowing in anger, pain having disappeared from their depths. "And that's when I got a little suspicious. Something strang was going on in that small building and I told myself that I had to find out what. I asked around and tried to get appointments with some of the higher ups but I couldn't get far." Her eyes once more turned as cold as steel, "And one guy mocked me as I was leaving one day. That was when I knew who I had to get to. The next day, I snuck into the building afterhours. It wasn't difficult to get to this guy's office..." she suddenly found herself smirking, "And as soon as a knife was pointed at him, he spilled the beans. My father had been taken care of because he found something he wasn't suppose to. Even with my knife at his throut, he still had the attitude of a victor. After I figured out that I couldn't anything else out of him, I stabbed his heart. He bled out in his chair and I made my escape," she finished with a pleased smile upon her face.

Nick listened, very interested at that. When the woman was done, he said with a smile "Heh, nice to see you were able to get your revenge....well since you told your story, I might as well tell mine I guess..." before getting comfy in his chair. "Now, since I can't really leave anything out of my life as it all ties together, I guess I gotta start when I was born. I was born on July 17th 1994. Unfortunately, it wasn't to the best of parents. I unfortunately was a result of a teen pregnancy. Both of my parents were 13 when I was born. My relationship with my parents...isn't the best in the world. In fact, it's shitty if anything else. Me and my parents never got along because at the time that I lived with them, they didn't know what to do in terms of parenting." He then let out a sigh remembering it. "I was bullied heavily in school as well, when people found out about it. Life continued like that, until I was about 10. When I was 10 my Dad was arrested for raping my Mum, in front of me. Because of the amount of stress my mother now had because she was now a single parent, she was addicted to heroin by the time I was 11 and got arrested for it half a year later. My Dad's in prison to this day, my Mother was released when I was 17, in 2011. She's been trying to get into contact with me for the past 3 years, but for what she put me through? I refuse to ever see her again. Anyway, so I was sent to an orphanage and then was adopted 2 years later by a woman who was infertile, named Megan. Life...got better after that. It was pretty goddamn awesome...then it all went to shit unfortunately, when I was 17. I don't know if you know, but my ancestor was an assassin, named Nick Morgan. And Abstergo tried to kidnap me and put me in what's known as an Animus, which allows you to access the memories of your ancestors, I escaped with my life and returned to my home...to see my adoptive mother dead. I then had to run, live off the radar. I barely survived with a job at McDonalds with a shitty apartment. Abstergo found me again though, so I moved to Canada and promised myself I would take Abstergo down for what they did to me. Hence why that video was made in the first place." Nick then finished, sighing again at the memories.

Rachel nodded upon hearing his own story, "It would seem that we've both had our troubles" she stated. She took her coffee mug into her hand once more to take a sip but made a face at the lukewarm taste. Setting the mug back down, she decided to be done with it as she turned her attention back to him. She stared for a minute before realizing she hadn't even bother to introduce herself. With the surprise clear on her face, she laughed, "Interestingly, I have completely neglected of telling you my name." with raised hand, she introduced herself, "I'm Rachel Melje."

(Sorry bout the late reply, been busy in Italy)

Rachel took her hand back into her lap, noticing that he did not intend to shake it. With a small shrug, she didn't let it faze her. "So, this Revolution you spoke of..." she paused in her statement, finding herself unable to word what she wanted to ask.

Rachel was waiting for his reply when they were interrupted by a different male. Her eyes focused upon a man who had very dark features aside from his pale skin, she was almost surprised by his black hair and eyes. Blinking at what he said, she took a minute to actually figure out what he had just said. Her attention turned back John when he spoke, asking the other male of his native language. She blinked her eyes once more before returning her attention back to the unknown male.

"Ah, I see. Well for a guy who wasn't born into the English language, it's pretty good. Name's Nick Jonathan. And by the way, just so you can learn more about the English language. It's pronounced French." Nick then added with a smile and a slight chuckle.
