Appearance: Marcus is a rather lean man standing at about 5'9" with short brown hair swept to the right and green eyes. Despite being an well-shaven aristocrat, his face has features similar to an unruly man. His clothing is consisted of a long-sleeved polo shirt with black and red outlines, a long coat with a black/red/white color combination whose sleeves are rolled up so that the forearm is exposed, black traveler's pants, and black boots. He wears his bracers on top of his polo and his hidden blade (only one due to being a fresh recruit) under his polo.

Personality: By being a very spirited young man who is fascinated by the thought of a free world ruled by all men, Marcus is very rowdy and adventurous. Despite this, the influence of his aristocratic peers has made him arrogant to an extent, a trait that he sometimes despises. Marcus is also very hot-headed and is easily provoked, which he retaliates with words first, fortunately.

Favorite Weapons: A rapier disguised as a walking stick and 2 silver English flintlocks.

Strengths:
1) Can use his aristocratic name to get out of trouble
2) Is very unpredictable in battle due to his odd swordsmanship
3) Capable of pinpointing near-perfect escape routes
4) Is very creative in making false stories to trick suspecting people

Weaknesses:
1) Is very arrogant and tends to underestimate his opponent
2) Has a short temper that blinds him in the situation at hand
3) Has limited movement as an Assassin due to his aristocratic name
4) Is easily overwhelmed in battle due to inexperience in actual combat

Background/Biography:
Marcus Williams is an only child of two English aristocrats. Unlike his parents and most of his aristocrat peers, he is very adventurous and tends to get himself into trouble. Seeing that this couldn't be changed, Marcus' mother hired a tutor to train him in fencing and basic swordplay.
Due to his ideals of having a free world ruled by all men, Marcus grew to hate the concept of a monarchy as a form of government, which, by the age of 18, made him board a ship that sailed towards the Colonies. Marcus believes that the Colonies might be the place where his ideals may thrive, as the land was quite young, and its people can be easily persuaded.
During the voyage, Marcus met a wise, yet young, man who had the same ideals as his, only a bit more refine. After weeks of conversing with this young man about the would-be nation they were heading, Marcus was told of a secret organization of some sort that sought the opposite of their ideals: the Templars. Angered by the thought of having a group of powerful men to control all the empires of the world is the sake of order and structure, Marcus was once again told of another faction: the Assassins, a group of men and women who sought peace through freedom.
After being questioned about his thoughts about the Templar-Assassin war, Marcus was asked to join the Assassins who were slowly rising from their fall a couple of years ago. Marcus accepted the invitation and started his training once he stepped on the grounds of the would-be nation.
