I have a question. Could the same character exist in two different (related time periods).?

(did the french revolution and the american revolution occured in a small gap)

Yes they could, absolutely. You'd probably want to make a separate character sheet for each if one is later than the other to reflect the character's younger and slightly older self. Another thing you could try is role-playing with a character in an earlier time period first then adding those experiences or the new character sheet when you post it in the later one.
