Background/Biography: Amelia was a born in America but while it was still under British rule, however, her father was not British, but German. Her mother had married a man she had met and fallen in love with from Germany, however, her mother's father did not approve of this bond and tried to seperate the two. It was then that they decided to move away from her father and family to the Americas, and it was here that they had their first child, Amelia. Only 4 years later, they had a boy, Gilbert.
Within many years, the American Revolution began, and within the next years after that, the American Revolutionary War. Her father has taken part in the Revolution as well as the war. However, after 2 years, her father never came home. A few days later, the family found out that he have been killed in a gun fight. Her mother was devestated. Amelia took care of herself and her brother while her mother grieved, and is still grieving.
It was during one of Amelia's shopping trips she saw a man killed in an alley by a hooded indiviual. Amelia rushed to the dying man but realized it had been a British spy. Upon looking for the hooded assassin, she had found no sight of them. Puzzled by what had happened, she began to take more walks and more often began to see the spies of the Britian and playing shadows. She soon began to realize that the assassins whom she only caught glimpse of, were helping the Americans.
Upon trying to figure out how she could help, she began to follow the spies she saw and track their movements, often writing them down on small sheets of paper. With such paper, she would hide them upon rooftops and high up places. And within a few days, after she would check back, they would have disappeared. She was glad to be of some help to the cause her father had fought for.
And it was some time later that she was awoken one night by a quiet tapping to her window. In her night coat, she would open the window to find no one. Puzzled, she turned from the window and went back to sleep. The next morning, she found strange clothing upon the end of her bed. It was white with a hood, as well as having hints of red and blues, the colors of their flag. The next night, she tried them on and awaited upon her roof. There she met a hooded man, who would not introduce himself and said that he did not need to know her name either. It was from then on that he trained her to be an assassin.
