| (Shortly after the Events of Tortured Mentor) Vita was cleaning up the main room in the hideout at the moment. She was pretty calm at the moment. Well, it's quite the surprise that someone like her managed to go out and successfully complete a rescue mission. She was proud of herself yet relieved at the same time, as she was glad she made it out alive. Heck, she was also relieved that she managed to bring Ezio home. It was a successful mission, indeed. | |

| David made his way into the hideout at a brisk pace, panting slightly. The Assassination attempt on a Borgia commander had not gone as planned. They were prepared for him. Sure the man was dead, but he had had to slay almost thirty soldiers and then loose a further 30 for the job to be done.
Once inside he pulled his blue hood down and immediately picked up a cloth and pulled out Kveykva and began to clean the blade. He gave Vita one look before he went back to his work. The only reason the blade has survived this long was because David treated it first before anything else after battle.

| David came in at the corner of her eye. Vita stopped for a moment and took a gander at his situation. He seems rushed... Something must have happened out there. Was he injured? She didn't know. Only one way to find out. "Is there anything you need, fratello (brother)?" | |

| David finished cleaning his blades and picked up a wet stone as he began to sharpen it back to its former glory. He looked up At Vita and spoke in an assuring tone "Nothing Sorella. My Attempt on a Borgia captain's life went sour. I killed the Bastardo, yet I ended up having to slay many more soldiers, and having to outrun half the guard." He explained as he continued on his sword. There was blood dribbling from a few cuts on his face and his side was bruised, but otherwise he was unharmed. | |

| "Oh. Alright then. If you need anything, you can ask me. I'll try my best." Vita you dedicated recruit. You've just got promoted and you have managed to keep Ezio in good care. Dedicated and loyal. Meanwhile you still remain pretty ditzy. Why? Well, your workspace is a bit messy from earlier. You have yet to clean it up. | |

| David finished with sharpening his blade and sheathed it, putting the wet stone away. "Congratulations, by the way... on Saving Ezio's life. It was something even I would not be able to accomplish with ease. Nor Many Assassins of a higher rank. The Brotherhood gained a valuable Sister when you joined." The Ghost Assassin offered her one of his rare smiles in thanks. | |

| Vita smiled, bowed, and held her hands together. "Thank you. I'm honored!" She was valuable, indeed. That adds on to the many positive qualities she has; cute, loyal, and now valuable. To know that she belonged was something to smile for. Plus the fact that she always did her best. Sure she slips up here and there but there are days where Vita makes it through with ease.
Meanwhile, the writer is currently in frustration because she has nothing else to write besides praising Vita like there's no tomorrow.

| David bowed his head in a nod "You deserve it. Although next time..." He paused for effect before saying "Invite me along. Technically Ezio is my responsibility. He is basically the main reason I stay here, can't have you taking my only job can I?" | |

| Vita nodded in reply. "Yes, fratello." She's heard stories about David, just like everyone else. She did believe the stories, which is why she respects the man. If he's been literally the longest living Assassin, then she might as well treat him like an elder. | |

| David gave her a nod before he pulled off his wrist blades, examining one. He was trying to determine if there was any sort of way he could improve the time it took them to engage, and perhaps improve the design so it was more slick and easier to hide. | |

| Meanwhile, Vita began to clean up after herself. You really can't leave a hideout messy. A few capsules were knocked over, some on the ground. Some medicine spilled, too. Vita sighed and collected herself as she began to clean. | |

| David looked back at the woman and tossed her a cloth, before picking one up himself and got down on his knees to help her "I would suggest in the future you try not to waste any more of this stuff.. It can be expensive Sorella" He advised as he helped her | |

| "Si, but this mess wasn't really my doing..." Vita let out a soft yet nervous chuckle. "It was quite a moment when we tried to patch him up. He was confused about the situation. Long isolation can do too much to you." She nodded when David came to help her. A kind gesture. | |

| David gave a nod "Of course. Isolation is not something that is new to me. Sometimes it is a blessing, sometimes is a curse. Sometimes it is necessary to stay sane. It all depends on the situation" He helped her finish before standing and brushing off his robes. | |
