Photoshop :3 It takes some setting up, but just google how to do pixel art in photoshop

You could use Gimp, it's free Not sure if it works for mac though

Initial shoot of my Elizabeth cosplay
I will do another shoot as soon as my friend comes back from America with some props and my boarding axes have been made. I might even go over to Mozambique for a shoot, or wait until the new sailing academy opens in Cape Town so I can arrange an epic shoot.
